The International Journal of Trends and Innovations in Business & Social Sciences (TIBSS) is a double-blind peer-reviewed research Journal published quarterly by International Research and Publishing Academy (iRAPA). The journal adheres to a standard review board as per the policy of HEC. TIBSS tends to cover the new developments in theory and applications of business and entrepreneurship innovation strategies, methods and tools to enhance organisational competitiveness. Business innovation significantly contributes to the improvement in enterprise productivity and quality.

The core objective of TIBSS is to establish effective communication, knowledge sharing and vision alignment between academic and research institutions, professionals concerned with business, entrepreneurship, innovation management and future industries as well as policymakers and government agencies.
