AL-QAWĀRĪR is a refereed academic journal published Four times a year by The Seerat Chair Gender Studies & Women Rights, Institute of Islamic Studies, University of the Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan.
Aim & Vision of the Journal:

The vision and aim of this Journal are to create awareness about Women's Rights and Gender Issues at all levels of society and to generate effective measures to resolve these problems in the light of Seerat e Tayyiba ﷺ.

Objectives of the Journal:

1. To generate awareness of women rights according to Seerat e Tayyiba ﷺ in their actual and true sense.
2. To highlight gender issues prevailing in Pakistani society and sensitize masses to overcome such frame of mind causing these hurdles.
3. To purify negative perception of mass mind about women rights in the light of Seerat e Tayyiba ﷺ.
4. To inculcate women's rights in syllabi courses of all educational levels.
